Voice AI Research Staff

Job Summary

Driven by a passion for solving customer challenges, the full-time Voice AI Research Staff will identify model shortcomings, design evaluations for improvement, and rapidly ship solutions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify areas for model enhancement and establish measurable targets for improvement
• Design and conduct evaluations to assess model performance and effectiveness
• Generate and curate data, fine-tune models, and build systems for production deployment

Required qualifications

• Deep experience in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating deep learning models
• Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch
• Proven track record of deploying machine learning solutions to production
• Ability to take ownership of problems and learn necessary skills along the way
• Good judgment in prioritizing impactful problems and determining readiness for deployment
