Voice Engineer II
Job Summary
Supporting the design and implementation of enterprise voice solutions, the full-time remote Voice Engineer II will manage migrations from legacy telephony systems to Microsoft Teams Voice and centralized SIP-based services while developing technical documentation and assisting with solution design.
Key responsibilities
- Support migrations from legacy PBX, TDM, and analog systems to Microsoft Teams Voice
- Develop and maintain high-level designs, call flow diagrams, and operational documentation
- Troubleshoot voice routing, call quality, and interoperability issues across voice platforms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of enterprise voice engineering experience
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Voice and Direct Routing
- Experience administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
- Experience supporting AudioCodes SBCs and media gateways
