Job Summary

To support a leading healthcare organization, the temporary Voice & IVR Conversation Designer will create and manage engaging content for conversational experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user interactions in a remote capacity over a six-month period.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for dialogue flows, user prompts, and error messaging, focusing on clarity and accessibility
• Collaborate on content strategies and information architecture to ensure alignment with brand standards and user needs
• Refine conversational content based on user feedback and analytics to maintain compliance and brand consistency

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in content design, content strategy, and UX writing for digital products
• Proven ability to design user-centered conversational experiences that enhance clarity and engagement
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly
• A compelling portfolio showcasing content design expertise is required
