Job Summary

To support a high-impact speech program, the full-time temporary Voice Operator Knowledge Expert will roleplay customer service scenarios, delivering varied emotional responses while managing audio capture and recording tasks remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Roleplay a service operator across various customer service scenarios, adapting tone and pacing as needed
• Record and manage audio files, including simultaneous phone and computer captures, ensuring quality and organization
• Provide feedback on recordings and contribute to maintaining performance and recording guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of voice acting experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a voice role
• Ability to set up and troubleshoot recording equipment independently
• Stable internet connection for real-time sessions
