Job Summary

To support a high-impact speech program, the full-time temporary Voice Operator Knowledge Expert will roleplay customer service scenarios, record audio, and deliver varied performances from a remote location.

Key responsibilities

• Roleplay service operator scenarios across various customer interactions, adapting tone and pacing as needed
• Record and manage audio captures, including phone and computer audio on separate tracks
• Provide feedback on recordings and help maintain performance standards for new performers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 1 year of voice acting experience
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Access to a dedicated recording space with professional-grade equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and manage audio capture independently
