To support a high-impact speech program, the full-time temporary Voice Operator Knowledge Expert will roleplay customer service scenarios, delivering varied vocal performances while managing their own audio capture in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Roleplay service operator scenarios across various customer interactions, adapting tone and pacing as required
- Record audio independently, ensuring quality and organization of files, including simultaneous phone and computer captures
- Provide feedback on recordings and help maintain performance standards for new performers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 1 year of voice acting experience
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a voice role
- Ability to set up and troubleshoot audio recording equipment
- Native English speaker with a reliable recording space
