Job Summary

To support a high-impact speech program, the full-time Voice Operator Knowledge Expert will roleplay customer service scenarios, delivering varied vocal performances and managing audio recordings remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Roleplay service operator scenarios, adapting tone and pacing for various customer interactions
• Record and manage audio captures, including simultaneous phone and computer audio, ensuring quality and organization
• Provide feedback on recordings and help maintain performance standards for new performers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of voice acting experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a voice role
• Access to a dedicated recording space with professional audio equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve audio capture issues independently
