Voice Product Manager
Job Summary
Focusing on consumer needs, the full-time remote Voice Product Manager will shape and improve the HomeQuote Explorer voice experience, driving enhancements in quote completion, lead conversion, and customer experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and enhance voice-driven quote journeys and agent-supported workflows within the HomeQuote Explorer system
- Collaborate with User Research, UX Design, and Data Analysis teams to define problem statements and build business cases for experience improvements
- Drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency and customer experience across voice interactions
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of related professional work experience in product definition and delivery through digital, voice, and agent channels
- OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience synthesizing insights from competitive intelligence, performance data, and user research
- Ability to identify data and metrics needs, utilizing analytics tools for actionable insights
- Strong understanding of user-centered design frameworks and cross-functional relationship building
