VoIP Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the Recura product line, the VoIP Product Manager will manage the product strategy and roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Engineering, and address customer needs in a remote, contract position lasting three months.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the VoIP product strategy and roadmap, balancing customer needs with market and technical considerations
• Serve as the central product partner across various teams to create alignment and ownership
• Proactively identify product gaps and prioritize critical VoIP workflows to enhance usability and competitive differentiation

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or project management, preferably in SaaS or communications
• Strong understanding of VoIP, UCaaS, or contact center products
• Experience in taking products from discovery through development and launch
• Proven cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align teams without direct authority
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus
