Volunteer Voice Contribution Officer

Job Summary

Supporting community engagement, the part-time Volunteer Voice Contribution Officer will guide members through voice recording and checking activities on the TWB Voice platform, providing assistance and feedback to ensure high-quality contributions while working remotely for a duration of 6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Guide community members in registering and logging into the TWB Voice platform
• Provide support and mentorship to new contributors, ensuring they understand the recording process
• Act as a reliable point of contact for questions and feedback regarding the platform and recordings

Required qualifications

• Good command of English and a native speaker of the language of data collection
• Some experience in mentoring or supporting others, such as through volunteering or community work
• Patient and clear communicator, comfortable providing constructive feedback
• Self-starter with good organizational skills
• Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly
