VP AML/CFT Governance
Job Summary
Leading the strategic oversight of governance, quality control, and reporting functions, the remote Vice President, AML/CFT Governance will ensure compliance with laws and regulations while enhancing the Bank's AML/CFT Compliance Program and fostering a culture of accountability.
Key responsibilities
- Enhance the Bank's AML/CFT governance framework and oversee related committees and working groups
- Lead the Quality Control program to evaluate compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and deliver executive management reporting related to the AML/CFT Compliance Program
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Criminal Justice, Compliance, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in AML/CFT Compliance or related regulatory functions within the banking industry
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and complex compliance operations
- Demonstrated experience leading governance, quality control, and compliance testing functions
- Extensive knowledge of AML regulations and related banking regulations
