VP Broker - Reps and Warranties

Job Summary

Leading the Transaction Liability team, the full-time VP Broker - Reps and Warranties will manage the broking of new representations and warranties and tax liability insurance, overseeing placements from client intake to policy delivery while fostering strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and deal counsel throughout the lifecycle of R&W insurance and tax liability placements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate/private equity clients and insurance carriers
• Prepare detailed analyses to support underwriting and placement decisions for client and carrier meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Preferred Juris Doctorate degree
• M&A experience preferred, especially in broking or underwriting of R&W and/or tax liability policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a remote environment with occasional travel
