VP Finance
Job Summary
To elevate financial operations in a growing organization, the fully remote VP Finance will manage financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis while mentoring the Finance and HR Manager and partnering strategically with the CEO on fundraising efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Own and refine financial projection models to drive the strategic roadmap toward cash-flow break-even
- Manage and mentor the Finance & HR Manager and Recruiter to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Act as a financial co-pilot to the CEO and COO for venture fundraising and board presentations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including a role as VP of Finance or similar senior finance leader
- Experience with virtual health care delivery or tech-enabled services companies
- Proven track record in building financial models and supporting fundraising processes
- Strong Excel/financial modeling skills and familiarity with accounting systems like QuickBooks
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and based within the country
