Key responsibilities
- Provide enterprise leadership for pharmacy clinical operations, including formulary strategy and clinical policy oversight
- Manage pharmacy trend strategies and vendor relationships to enhance clinical and financial performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute pharmacy strategies that improve member access and business outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
- 10+ years of clinical pharmacy care experience required
- Thorough knowledge of pharmacy benefit management practices
- Previous management experience in hiring, training, and performance management
- Quality improvement experience preferred
