VP of Continuing Education

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and full profit-and-loss accountability for the Continuing Education portfolio, the full-time remote VP of Continuing Education will manage portfolio strategy, drive revenue and profitability goals, and collaborate across the institution to enhance business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Owns the strategy and financial performance of the Continuing Education portfolio, establishing plans and financial targets
• Defines and executes the portfolio strategy, identifying new revenue opportunities based on market demand and academic standards
• Leads the sales organization, setting performance goals and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, finance, product management, or a related field
• Ten years of progressively responsible leadership experience in general management or profit-and-loss ownership
• Proven experience scaling a direct-to-consumer or digitally enabled business
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ownership of a substantial profit and loss statement
• Experience in online higher education, education technology, or continuing education preferred
