Job Summary
Leading the engineering function, the full-time VP of Engineering will manage a diverse team across core engineering, ML/AI Ops, and infrastructure, ensuring the delivery of AI-driven solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead engineering across technical disciplines, ensuring quality, reliability, compliance, and security of systems
- Drive project execution by defining scopes, partnering with teams, and delivering on commitments
- Translate company strategy into actionable engineering roadmaps, maintaining clear communication with leadership and the engineering team
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with experience leading engineering organizations at the Senior Director or VP level
- Proven track record of executing in collaborative, cross-functional environments with timely delivery
- Experience across the engineering stack, particularly in regulated environments
- Ability to translate company strategy into engineering priorities and hold teams accountable
- Experience in growth-stage companies and familiarity with life sciences or healthcare domains is a plus
