Required qualifications
- Deep experience leading engineering organizations in a federal contracting environment
- Commercial or product experience outside government is strongly preferred
- Hands-on technical credibility with a track record of guiding and enabling engineering teams
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, DevSecOps, and cloud modernization in federal contexts
- Bachelor's degree required
