VP of Finance and HR

Job Summary

To lead financial strategy and human resources initiatives, the remote VP of Finance and HR will manage budgeting, oversee HR policies, and ensure compliance across multiple locations including Atlanta, GA, Ann Arbor, MI, and Tampa, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals
• Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
• Manage budgeting processes and financial reporting to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and HR management
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and HR best practices
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Experience in a remote work environment is preferred
