As the executive owner of Gifthealth's GLP-1 telehealth program, the full-time VP of Giftcare will manage the strategy, performance, and growth of this high-visibility program, ensuring operational excellence and compliance while leading a team and partnering with clinical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the executive owner of Giftcare, accountable for its strategy and performance
- Oversee the end-to-end patient journey, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience
- Build and lead the Giftcare team, managing cross-functional partnerships to resolve operational issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, digital health, or telehealth
- 4+ years in a VP, senior director, or equivalent executive leadership role
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and compliance frameworks preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing a clinical vendor or provider group relationship
