Job Summary
Leading the platform, systems, and infrastructure organization, the full-time remote VP of Infrastructure Engineering will shape technical strategy, enhance developer productivity, and ensure reliability and scalability to support Life360's ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute an infrastructure vision aligned with business objectives in collaboration with the executive team
- Build and enhance build/deploy pipelines and internal tooling to improve developer productivity and enable AI-powered capabilities
- Ensure infrastructure scalability and reliability while managing cost-effectiveness as user growth and workload complexity increase
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure or platform engineering organizations
- Deep technical knowledge in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Experience with scaling infrastructure for consumer products at a large scale
- Direct involvement in an organization's shift toward AI-native ways of working
