VP of Internal Systems

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing organization, the full-time salaried VP of Internal Systems will elevate complex enterprise systems and IT operations, overseeing business technology architecture, data governance, and the SaaS portfolio while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategy and architecture for Stord's business technology stack, ensuring integration and data flow between systems
• Govern business processes and master data, ensuring quality and consistency across key domains such as customers, vendors, and products
• Manage IT operations, including identity and access management, device lifecycle, and corporate network infrastructure across multiple fulfillment sites

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise systems, business technology, or corporate IT with direct budget and hiring responsibilities
• Proven track record of managing a complex multi-system business technology ecosystem, including CRM, ERP, and HRIS
• Experience running corporate IT proactively in a fast-growing company, ideally with international expansion
• Demonstrated ownership of a company-wide SaaS portfolio, including collaboration with procurement for consolidation and savings
• Familiarity with privacy and compliance programs such as GDPR, SOC 2, or ISO 27001, with accountability for maintaining evidence of compliance
