Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT teams in Salesforce development, data management, and integration strategies
- Develop strategic plans for technology infrastructure and manage vendor relationships
- Oversee operational management of IT functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of information technology experience, with at least 5 years in data strategy and architecture
- 5+ years of progressive experience leading diverse teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
- Experience with Salesforce systems and complex integrations, preferably using MuleSoft
- Proficient in vendor management and contract negotiations
