VP of Loan Trading
Job Summary
Leading loan purchase initiatives, the full-time VP of Loan Trading will manage a team responsible for pricing, funding, and operational activities while developing strategic relationships with investors and clients in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the sourcing, pricing, processing, and onboarding of loan purchases to drive business growth
- Develop and implement loan purchase strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet financial objectives
- Manage and mentor a team focused on Correspondent Conduit operations and related activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in the purchase and disposition of residential mortgage assets or consumer loans
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams
- Extensive experience in relationship management with loan originators and investors
- Strong understanding of deal structuring, negotiation, and regulatory requirements in the mortgage industry
