VP of Patient Services Analytics
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and development of reporting and analytics solutions, the full-time salaried VP of Patient Services Analytics will manage a team to deliver actionable insights and measurable outcomes for BioPharma clients, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for developing reporting, analytics, and insights solutions that deliver measurable performance against established SLAs and KPIs
- Lead a team of analysts to conduct data deep dives and root cause analyses, addressing challenges throughout the patient access journey
- Support business development efforts by contributing to pitches, proposals, and marketing initiatives for Patient Services analytics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, health policy, STEM, or business
- 12+ years of experience focused on healthcare data, particularly patient-level data
- Expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Strong experience in generating insights and presenting findings to senior leadership
- Hands-on experience with data science methodologies, including machine learning and Python
