VP of People
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time VP of People will lead the People function across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations, driving strategy and organizational design in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and execute a multi-year People strategy aligned with company goals and growth plans
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning in collaboration with Finance and business leaders
- Oversee the development of the People leadership team and ensure a consistent employee experience across various functions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive People/HR leadership experience, including 5+ years at the executive level
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in building and scaling People functions in high-growth startup environments
- Deep experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and people operations
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect decisions to company strategy
