Job Summary
To lead the global People function and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, the full-time remote VP of People will manage talent strategy, organizational design, and employee experience while fostering a high-performing culture across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape organizational strategy and guide workforce planning
- Lead and develop the People team, empowering them to enhance their impact and ownership
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
Required qualifications
- Significant experience leading People functions in high-growth, venture-backed environments, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Strong understanding of organizational design, talent strategy, and employee relations
- Experience navigating complexities of global, distributed teams and local employment requirements
- Proven ability to connect People decisions to business outcomes and advise senior leaders effectively
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in People operations
