VP of People Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the remote VP of People Operations will architect and execute the People operations strategy, manage a team, and serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on organizational design, fiscal stewardship, and M&A integration.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the recruiting and hiring strategy, overseeing workforce planning, onboarding, and EOR management
• Serve as a strategic partner on the executive leadership team, integrating People initiatives with business strategies and M&A activities
• Lead the HR team to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and the design of a competitive compensation and benefits framework

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR or People leadership experience in scaling distributed, fast-growing organizations
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology; a Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are preferred
• Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of labor law
• Exceptional conflict resolution capabilities and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
