Job Summary

Driving the product strategy for Pax8's core commerce platform, the full-time remote VP of Product will establish a long-term vision, create a strategic roadmap, and lead product innovation to enhance partner experiences and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and execute the long-term product vision for the Foundation platform, balancing operational excellence and growth
• Create frictionless experiences to improve partner acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion
• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver results across the complex product ecosystem

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading large-scale product organizations with executive-level scope
• Proven experience owning complex marketplace, commerce, or SaaS products
• Deep understanding of commerce journeys including purchasing, subscriptions, and billing
• Strong experience balancing growth initiatives with governance and compliance requirements
• Ability to influence across executive stakeholders and technical teams in complex environments
