VP of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the core lending products, the remote full-time VP of Product Management will own and manage the P&L, develop product strategy, and execute go-to-market plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance competitive positioning in the small business lending market.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage revenue and cost drivers for core lending products, presenting performance metrics to executive leadership and making data-driven product decisions
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and launch planning, while conducting competitive analysis to inform product recommendations
• Lead a team of Product Managers, fostering their development and ensuring alignment with business outcomes and regulatory compliance

Required qualifications:

• 8-12+ years in Product Management with full product P&L ownership in fintech, banking, or lending
• Proven track record of improving financial metrics and building compelling business cases
• Deep understanding of small business lending economics and experience in a regulated financial services environment
• Experience with go-to-market strategies for financial products, including pricing and channel strategies
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams and influence cross-functional partners
