VP of Product Operations

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and delivery of the immigration case management platform, the hybrid VP of Product Operations will manage product strategy, operations processes, and cross-functional leadership while working remotely or onsite in Chicago.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the core platform, ensuring alignment with long-term scalability and technical direction
• Design and implement product operations processes, including planning cadences and governance forums, to enhance efficiency and transparency
• Translate customer requirements into actionable product strategies while managing and mentoring a cross-functional team of product managers

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, with experience in a senior or VP-level leadership role
• Proven track record in platform product management and product operations within a matrixed organization
• Experience with SaaS platforms in regulated domains such as legal tech or HR tech is preferred
• Strong analytical skills for defining success metrics and utilizing data for decision-making
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
