VP of Strategy

Job Summary

Leading complex client engagements, the full-time remote VP of Strategy will define AI and digital strategy, build senior client relationships, and mentor analysts while driving outcomes from discovery through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define AI and digital strategy for major client engagements, managing the opportunity portfolio from discovery to scale roadmaps
• Lead multi-stakeholder strategy engagements independently, ensuring alignment across executive and operational audiences
• Build and present executive-level business cases with clear tradeoffs, value quantification, and pragmatic recommendations

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, product strategy, AI strategy, or a related field
• Expert-level understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, and responsible AI frameworks
• Demonstrated track record of leading AI and digital strategy engagements across complex organizations
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for strategy and prototyping (e.g., Claude, Figma AI)
• Strong executive communication skills with a history of influencing senior leaders
