VP Product Interoperability
Job Summary
As a full-time remote opportunity, the VP Product Interoperability will own and execute the market strategy, product roadmap, and commercial growth for health plan interoperability, enhancing Cotiviti's industry position while leading a cross-functional team to drive product launches and client value.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of multi-year roadmaps for payer/provider collaboration and oversee product strategy and market success
- Collaborate with executive leadership to establish targets for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and operational strategy
- Drive process improvements leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce administrative waste
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
- 10 to 15+ years of progressive experience in insurance and product management, with at least eight years in senior leadership roles
- Deep subject matter expertise in payer/provider interoperability and claims processing operations
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance and standards related to interoperability
- Proven experience in growth-oriented healthcare businesses with strong competencies in product development and strategy
