VP Strategy - Fire & Safety

Job Summary

To drive sustainable growth across the global platform, the full-time VP Strategy - Fire & Safety will define and implement a clear strategy, partner with business leaders for alignment, and lead portfolio assessments to identify growth opportunities, all while working remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Define and embed a clear Fire & Safety platform strategy that identifies where to play and how to win
• Partner with business unit leaders to align strategic priorities and execution plans across the Fire & Safety portfolio
• Lead portfolio assessment work to identify growth opportunities and areas requiring strategic repositioning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• Approximately 8+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or related leadership roles
• Experience in industrials, manufacturing, or complex B2B environments strongly preferred
• Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies that deliver above-market performance
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to connect market insights to business outcomes
