Vulnerability Management Lead
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle, the remote Vulnerability Management Lead will manage vulnerability remediation, patch management, and security operations across enterprise infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the vulnerability lifecycle from scanning, risk-based prioritization, remediation, and validation
- Manage Rapid7 findings, prioritizing vulnerabilities using CVSS/EPSS and exploitability metrics
- Coordinate remediation teams and manage ServiceNow vulnerability tickets, ensuring alignment with CMDB/CI
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in infrastructure/security operations
- 3+ years of experience leading Vulnerability Management or Patch Remediation teams
- Strong experience with Rapid7, Tenable, or Qualys
- Enterprise Patch Management experience
- Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and CMDB
