Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading daily operations at the Bend, Oregon warehouse, the full-time Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee inventory, kit fulfillment, shipping logistics, and budget management while supervising the warehouse team and collaborating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate event material delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, kit assembly, quality control, and outbound shipping
• Lead, train, and coach the warehouse team, setting clear priorities and providing regular performance feedback
• Own inventory planning and control, utilizing event forecasts to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Working knowledge of inventory management practices and experience with inventory or order management systems
• Experience coordinating shipments with carriers or third-party logistics providers, including international shipping
• Proven ability to manage a budget and negotiate pricing and terms with vendors
• Degree or certification in supply chain, logistics, operations, or business preferred; equivalent practical experience is valued equally
