Warehouse Process Manager

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of process standardization and systems modernization, the full-time Manager of Warehousing - Inventory Processes and Systems Optimization will oversee a domestic distribution network while implementing a warehouse management system and automating tracking processes across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Document existing processes and design standardized procedures for inventory management across the network
• Lead the selection and implementation of warehouse management tools, including vendor evaluation and system integration
• Automate tracking of materials from shipment through receipt, enhancing visibility and efficiency in operations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or logistics operations with a focus on warehouse process design
• Experience leading a warehouse management system implementation, including configuration and testing
• Proven ability to convert manual processes to system-enabled processes with measurable results
• Working knowledge of ERP-WMS integration, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, information systems, business, or equivalent experience
