Warehouse Supervisor
Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Supervisor will manage all activities related to the accurate and timely receipt and shipment of orders, coordinate dock schedules, and oversee crew performance while working onsite during night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Directly manage crew tasks, including performance reviews, training, and coaching
- Coordinate in/outbound shipments and communicate with drivers to ensure smooth freight operations
- Partner with other departments to meet daily production targets and ensure compliance with safety procedures
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in supply chain or operations preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or transportation role
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting
