Job Summary
To support a growing Real Estate practice, the fully remote Washington DC Licensed Commercial Leasing Attorney will manage sophisticated leasing matters, representing both landlords and tenants while handling negotiations and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial office and retail leases and related documents
- Represent both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters
- Assist with purchase and sale agreements, due diligence, and real estate closings
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of legal experience with substantial commercial real estate experience
- Strong experience with commercial office and/or retail leasing
- Experience representing both landlords and tenants
- Proficiency in lease drafting and negotiation
- Additional transactional commercial real estate experience is preferred
