Job Summary
Seeking a passionate Washington DC Licensed LPN Faculty member, this part-time remote position will teach online undergraduate LPN courses, conduct office hours, and enhance the curriculum using technology while fostering strong faculty-student relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Teach assigned courses using a pre-designed curriculum and provide high-quality instruction
- Utilize technology to enhance the curriculum and enrich the online learning experience
- Be available for student support through various communication channels and establish clear evaluation standards
Required qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Active, unencumbered RN license with a requirement for a Washington DC license upon hire
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a nursing online program preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of bedside nursing experience required
- Demonstrated knowledge of academic technology and evaluation methods
