Job Summary
To support a growing mental health practice, the part-time Washington DC Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults through a fully remote, contract-based role.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy using modalities such as CBT and DBT
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to communicate treatment plans and monitor client progress
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active independent clinical licensure in Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing therapy to youth and adults
- Experience treating patients ages 13 and older
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and telehealth services
