Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Washington DC Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will provide legal support on AI-related matters, e-Discovery, and vendor diligence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support legal reviews related to the development and deployment of AI products and systems
- Provide analysis and advice on AI regulations and collaborate with company leaders to ensure compliance
- Draft AI guidance, playbooks, and governance materials while advising on responsible AI use within the Law Department
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in applicable jurisdiction
- Active good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- At least 7+ years of relevant legal experience in law firm and/or in-house counsel roles
- At least 3 years of experience working within AI/ML, Gen AI, and agentic systems
- Knowledge of federal and state AI regulatory compliance obligations and related legal areas
