Washington Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a Washington Licensed Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience, the full-time position will focus on diverse litigation including UIM matters and coverage issues, while offering mentorship and resources in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case strategies and independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff at all experience levels, maintaining professional communication with clients
• Mentor junior attorneys and build relationships with existing and prospective clients to contribute to team growth

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar license in the state of Washington
• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense and 3-5 years of litigation experience, including handling Washington UIM matters
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload, from discovery through trial
• Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems
