To support the claims team, the fully remote Washington Licensed Auto Adjuster will create comprehensive damage estimates for 1st and 3rd party claims, negotiate settlements, and mentor peers while residing in or near Seattle or Bellevue.
Key Responsibilities
- Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types and assists in training leadership
- Negotiates settlements, processes payments, and documents activities for complex claims files
- Exhibits mastery in estimating fundamentals to create damage estimates for various severities
Required Qualifications
- Washington Licensed Auto Adjuster certification
- Experience managing auto collision claims and conducting vehicle inspections
- Proficiency in CCC ONE or similar estimating software
- Strong background in regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
