Job Summary
Leading the Automation and Orchestration strategy, the full-time Washington Licensed Automation Manager will provide direction and management for automation initiatives, oversee teams focused on API integration, managed file transfer, and automation solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage program development and administration for automation and orchestration, including strategic planning and implementation
- Supervise teams and coordinate project development involving various automation technologies and tools
- Develop strategic roadmaps and establish governance and best practices for integration and automation services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years with integration technologies and managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence trends and their organizational implications
- 3+ years in a Healthcare IT environment and experience with Go Anywhere or Mulesoft Anypoint Manager
- Proven customer service orientation with a history of delivering high-quality products on time
