Job Summary
Providing comprehensive nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate health services for patients while adhering to established nursing standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care needs and develop written care plans
- Provide telephone consultations and nursing interventions, ensuring patient and family education
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to modify care plans based on patient responses and needs
Required qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a plus
