Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse
Job Summary
Providing comprehensive nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate health services for patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care and modify care plans as necessary
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a plus
