Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse
Job Summary
Providing nursing care to patients, the full-time salaried Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate health services while working remotely from Washington or Idaho.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide telephone consultations and coordinate nursing interventions with the health care team
- Educate patients and families on health care goals and promote self-care responsibilities
Required qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
