Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and offer telephone consultations while adhering to health care standards and collaborating with the health care team.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals and interventions
• Collaborate with health care team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing is preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
