Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

Providing nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate healthcare services for patients in Washington or Idaho.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments of nursing care needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide telephone consultations and collaborate with healthcare team members to implement and evaluate patient care
• Educate patients and families on health care goals and promote self-care responsibilities

Required qualifications:

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
