Job Summary
Providing nursing care to a defined group of patients, the full-time Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, coordinate health care services, and develop individualized care plans while working remotely from Washington or Idaho.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing assessments of nursing care needs and develop written care plans
- Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the health care team to modify care plans based on patient status changes
Required qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
